Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is not charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. Trial availability may be limited to one trial per user.

If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges are applied and your account reverts to the free tier at the end of the trial.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) using the payment method on file. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period until you cancel.

You will receive an email receipt for each successful renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting contact@nexanaviai.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all paid features until the period ends. No further charges occur after cancellation. We do not charge cancellation fees.

7-Day Satisfaction Refund: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. To request a refund, contact contact@nexanaviai.com with your account email and transaction details.

After 7 Days: Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We consider factors such as service usage, the reason for the request, and applicable consumer protection laws. We are not obligated to provide refunds for partial billing periods after the 7-day window.

Success Fee: The one-time Success Fee is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. Please contact support to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

We comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (14-day withdrawal right), UK Consumer Rights Act, and local equivalents in other jurisdictions.

If a recurring payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, bank decline, etc.), we will notify you by email and attempt to retry the payment. If payment cannot be completed within a reasonable period, your subscription may be downgraded to the free tier or suspended until payment is resolved.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by payment failures on your end. No refund is owed for a period during which access was unavailable due to your payment failure.

Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the prorated difference is charged immediately, and you gain access to the new features right away.

Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the higher-tier features until then. No partial refund is issued for downgrades mid-period.

We may terminate or suspend your subscription if you violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. In cases of termination for cause, no refund is owed.

If we terminate your subscription for reasons not related to your conduct (e.g., discontinuation of a plan), we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period.

After cancellation or non-renewal, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data (profile, conversations, goals, plans) is retained so you can continue using the free tier and resubscribe later.

If you wish to permanently delete your data, use Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete My Data. Deleted data is removed from active systems; backups are purged within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
